Case study showing how an AI enabled automation and human in the loop system, grounded in the Learner Journey Framework, supported large scale nursing course development while maintaining alignment, scaffolding, and rigor. Across nineteen courses and more than 22,000 instructional assets, contractors reported high agreement that the workflow was efficient, clearly structured, and pedagogically sound, with themes highlighting distributed expertise, dialogic human AI interaction, objective driven prompting, structured collaboration, and scaffolding as a learner pathway mechanism.
